This awakening gave her a profound understanding of transpersonal experiences, and a deeply personal grasp of how the mind can heal the body. She is a skilled practitioner at unraveling embodied and psychological patterns and mysteries from the mind, body and spirit.
In 1991, she developed the practices of Transforming Embodiment, which she has been using to help clients heal core issues and traumas ever since. She has been teaching these practice to professionals and lay people alike for nearly two decades and has read for 1000's of men and women since 1986.
She has taught and lectured about consciousness, chakra psychology, meditation practices, Hawaiian shamanism, and how past and present life memories affect our health and well-being for 24 years.
Her work encompasses transformational healing, chakra exploration and process work, past life integrative therapy, psycho-spiritual counseling and cognitive therapy, which she deftly interfaces with a full range of psychic skills and channeled insights including medical intuitive work, intuitive development and the use of the body as a transformational vehicle.

"In 1991 I witnessed for the first time in someone other than myself the extraordinary grip past life memory has upon our physical body. Lynn began experiencing an irregular heart beat in 1990 while studying massage. This irregular beat frightened her and one day it became so wild that she was rushed to the hospital with her heart racing out of control. After a barrage of tests, the doctors discovered that she had a congenital heart defect. As a massage student Lynn began to investigate her symptoms but always fell short of understanding why her heart plagued her so. Now years later, Lynn would discover the cause of her heart's irregular and rapid beat.
As I lead Lynn's class in a visualization exercise into their hearts, Lynn swept beyond the heart of her 30's, 20's and childhood. Immediately she felt cold stone under her back and saw a canopy of rain forest overhead. In that moment she relived and began to release the cause of her heart's current symptoms. She understood how she had been affected by these memories, that were held by her heart, from another time and place. Within a period of four months she was symptom free. I realized then that others could experience what I had and heal their most perplexing and traumatic physical problems by exploring the origins of their symptoms. My life took a dramatic turn as I realized the possible applications of what I had now seen in another person."
