Part One — Introduction to Transforming Embodiment
In this training you will learn the 5 steps of this process, so you can take charge of your life & release the burdens of your past.
• Quiet your mind and connect to your intuitive mind and inner knowing
• Cultivate spaciousness. Align the energies in the body and opening to your "body of experience"
• Practice detachment and release expectations
• Melt into your "body of experience"
• Going to origins and the remembering process
• Integrate & create new beliefs and resolve of old patterns
These classes build upon each other. Each can be taken separately however, Introduction to Transforming Embodiment is a prerequisite to part 2 & part 3.
Part Two — Deep Diving and Surfacing
In this training you will learn to move fluidly within your "body of experience."
• Develop deeper inner calm, spaciousness and detached participation.
• Delve into your "body of experience" gathering more information about the deep emotions, & ancient histories reside within you & why they persist.
• See the cause-effect relationships, and the interconnections between your past and present.
• Parallel time is explained and investigated as well as learning how to "hold space".
Part Three— Cellular and Systemic Memory and the Body
In this training you will go directly into your organs and energy centers within your body to explore systemic and cellular memories.
• Examine the themes within your "body of experience".
• Learn to move within timelines & time and space with greater ease.
• Gain more insights about current challenges and situations.
• Understand why current life patterns are alive in your life.
• Discover how events from your past affect your health, relationships, job, family, and happiness.
• Release the dynamics of your past and release symptoms, emotions, conflicts, and difficulties that no longer serve you.
Techniques for transforming and releasing these unwanted imprints from your cells, organs, and consciousness will be practiced and nurtured.
